I’ve been trying to retrieve my ENRG tokens, which were deposited into an OKX-controlled address. The blockchain confirms the deposit was successful, but OKX claims the token is unsupported on their platform and refuses to process the recovery. Despite my repeated requests for a proper explanation and assistance, all I’ve received are templated responses that do not address the actual issue. I’m NOT asking for the token to be listed—I simply want to recover my funds. I’ve pointed out that many exchanges have procedures for recovering unsupported tokens, but OKX has yet to offer any real solution. Their latest response just reiterates that the token doesn’t meet their security standards, and they won’t consider listing it. That’s not the issue here; this is about recovering my funds already in their possession. Has anyone else experienced this with OKX or other exchanges? How did you resolve it?
