jake79 Problem is, all crypto is based in usd, (Usdt, Usdc) so when the dollar collapses, crypto will as well, it’s common sense honestly. That being said, where else would a billionaire feel safe to store billions? Gold/silver? No it takes up to much storage and round the clock security would be a sink hole. Real estate? No. Values are already insanely inflated and not liquid. Stocks? LOL. Foreign currency? Probably not unless it’s yen or rubles, even then, no. So where else does that leave? I am holding my bags and I’d like to believe a bull run that dwarfs all others is coming.., but we also need to be realistic. Seems like the mother of all collapsed is coming and out of the flames of collapse the government brings on their Phoenix Cbdc like “heroes” and all the plebs and normies embrace it with open arms and swallow the full load the elites dump on them.

PennybagsCX You've got it wrong. If the dollar collapses it will just cost you everything / your house or the shirt off your back to buy a bitcoin, similar to bread during a hyper-inflationary period. Conversely, if the dollar becomes too strong, everyone will want to hold it, and therefore not invest in anything else, which is exactly what the FED wants in order to slow down inflation. It will never work though - smart money will only use this as an opportunity to arbitrage the world for resources in order to further pad their bags. Gross / extreme amounts of wealth stand to be made, but not by plebs.
jake79 Well I’m sure hope so, I didn’t take all my profits on the last bull run and was sitting on some massive gains counting on the fact that when shit gets real there will be nowhere to hide except crypto.
